Africa Day! Film and Magazine
The African Day Film and Magazine affords us an opportunity to share with the masses the progress success and challenges Africa have made thus far.
Africa Day brings a new theme and for this year 2022, it was Nutrition. Additionally, Africa Day highlights the success, the cultural and economic potential that exists on the African continent.
Strategically the Film focused on some success and equally showcased marginal challenges denoted by the ‘Nutrition’ statistics as reported in 3 countries; Ghana, Rwanda and Kenya.
The aim and objectives of the Africa Day! Film is meant to create awareness and the benefits of a healthy nutrition. As highlighted throughout the film, a healthy Nutrition can produce phenomenal factors, such as the ability to increasing one’s energy level aids in the reduction of various diseases such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, high cholesterol and blood pressure.

Christine Mboma
The eldest of three siblings, Mboma grew up in Shinyungwe, a village in the Kavango East region of Namibia. She was abandoned by her father as a baby, and her mother Patricia died in 2016 while giving birth, leaving Christine to take care of her younger siblings.
Christine started competing in 2017 and at age 18, in June 2021 she set an unratified African senior and world under-20 record in the 400m mark of 48.54, established at the Continental Tour Gold meeting.
Christine is now Namibia's first female Olympic medalist, earning a silver in the 200 meters at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
